Qualifications

• 5+ years in mental health preferred.
• Ability to coordinate coverage across 24-hour sites.
• Experience with crisis management and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Manage rotating schedule at 24-hour sites.
• Provide counseling and crisis management services.
• Train and supervise residents in daily activities and meal planning.
• Monitor medications as required.
• Complete intake documentation and service plans.
• Document interactions per agency policies.
• Attend team meetings and case conferences.
• Assist residents in procuring and maintaining entitlements.
• Provide 24-hour supervision to residents in congregate facilities.
• Provide transportation as needed.
