Open Sky Community Services seeks a Residential Counselor to support adults with developmental and intellectual challenges in a group living setting. You will help residents with daily living activities, implement treatment plans, and promote independence and community engagement.

You will work under evidence‑based practices, ensure health and safety, and document progress. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required; reimbursement and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans and lead daily implementation.
• Implement procedures to ensure health, safety and cleanliness of the site.
• Assist individuals to access and/or provide transportation.
• Review and complete required documentation.
