Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks a dedicated Residential Counselor to support individuals in achieving greater independence within residential and community settings. You will assist with daily living activities, transportation, and goal attainment while promoting safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability and willingness to learn; openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service and support plans and play an active role in their implementation.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment that promotes the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
