Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Residential Counselor to support individuals in achieving greater independence within residential and community-based settings. You will provide direct care, guidance, and skill-building to help with daily living activities, transportation, and community participation while ensuring safety and well-being.

You will advocate for the people you support, promote self-determination, and foster meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability and willingness to learn; open to new opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service plans and implement them.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Help individuals access transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationship building, and valued social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for individuals served.
• Review and maintain documentation accurately and timely.
