Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Residential Counselor to support individuals in residential and community settings. You will assist with daily living activities, skill-building, and community participation to promote independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record are required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service plans and help implement them.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with transportation and accessing community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationships, and valued social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for individuals served.
• Review, complete, and maintain required documentation accurately and timely.
