Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks a Residential Counselor in Massachusetts to support individuals in daily living, community participation, and goal attainment within residential and community settings.

You will help with transportation, skill-building, and advocacy while promoting independence and meaningful relationships, under a supportive supervisor structure and a strong commitment to trauma-informed practice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliability and willingness to learn.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered service plans.
• Provide daily living support and skill-building activities.
• Help individuals access transportation and community resources as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive residential environment.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
