Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling to residents to promote emotional well-being and independence.
• Supervise daily living activities and maintain a safe, clean residential environment.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and activities to build coping and social skills.
• Document progress and service needs per agency standards.
• Assist with transportation and community integration, maintaining safety.
