Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a High school diploma or equivalent, plus four years related mental health experience.
• Preferred: A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health, health or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Counsels individuals, families or groups in an outpatient setting and develops and implements therapeutic treatment plans.
• Provide assistance and guidance to residents in daily living activities and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of residents' progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Education
