Open Sky Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Residential Counselor to provide direct care, guidance, and skill-building support in residential and community‑based settings, helping individuals pursue daily living goals and meaningful community participation.

You will promote safety, independence, and personal growth, document accurately, and engage with families and staff to foster a respectful, trauma‑informed environment across Central Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliability and willingness to learn and adapt to new opportunities.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service and support plans and implement them.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationship building, and personal growth.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment and ensure health and well-being of individuals served.
• Review and maintain required documentation accurately and timely.
