NFI North is hiring a Full Time Awake Overnight Residential Counselor for Summit View in Bangor, ME. You will help maintain a safe, structured environment, supervise participants, and provide crisis intervention and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in human services preferred but not required.
• BHP, CRMA and First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule on occasions when needed.

Residential Counselors are responsible for day to day operations including: maintaining a safe and supportive environment for participants, supervision of participants, crisis intervention, case management/advocacy and all related documentation.

Bachelors or Associates degree in human services field preferred but not required. BHP, CRMA and First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus. Ability to work a flexible schedule on occasions when needed is also a plus.
