Job summary

NFI North, Inc. in Bangor, ME is seeking an Awake Overnight Residential Counselor for Summit View to provide a safe, supportive environment for participants during overnight hours. Responsibilities include supervision, crisis intervention, and advocacy with documentation as part of daily operations.

You will work a flexible schedule; a High School diploma is required and a Bachelor's in Human Services or related field is preferred. Certifications such as First Aid/CPR, BHP or CRMA are a plus.

NFI North has an immediate openings for a Full Time Awake Overnight Residential Counselor at Summit View in Bangor, ME.

Residential Counselors are responsible for day to day operations including: maintaining a safe and supportive environment for participants, supervision of participants, crisis intervention, case management/advocacy and all related documentation.

Bachelors or Associates degree in human services field preferred but not required. BHP, CRMA and First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus. Ability to work a flexible schedule on occasions when needed is also a plus.
