Job summary
Brandon Residential Treatment Center in Natick, MA seeks a Residential Counselor for 2nd shift to support boys and young men in a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment. You will help with daily routines, emotional support, and life skills development.
Responsibilities include building positive relationships, supervising residents, assisting with meals and chores, running social and life skills groups, and accurate documentation. MAP certification is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum one year experience in human services/mental health.
- Must have a valid ID and CORI/DCF background check.
- Able to participate in physical interventions.
- MAP certification a plus.

- Supervise and engage residents in daily routines, life skills, and recreational activities.
- Support meal prep, cleaning, and laundry to maintain a safe, home-like setting.
- Facilitate social and life skills groups.
- Administer medications (MAP certification required, training provided).

Starting at $18.00/ hour
w/ MAP Certification: $21.00/ hour
