As a Program Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring high-quality care, staff development, and a positive, therapeutic atmosphere for youth.

Position Responsibilities

Provide leadership and supervision to Residential Counselors, fostering a supportive, accountable team environment.
Ensure consistent, strength-based engagement with residents through oversight of daily routines, life skills development, and recreational programming.
