Job summary

Brandon Residential Treatment Center in Natick, MA is seeking a compassionate Educational Care Specialist (Paraprofessional) to support boys and young men in a small, structured, trauma-informed school setting. You will assist with academic instruction, provide emotional support, and help students build the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year experience working with youth 8-18 years old.
• Valid ID and CORI/DCF background check.
• Ability to participate in physical interventions.
