Responsibilities

• Provide direct residential support to clients in a structured therapeutic setting.
• Monitor client safety, behaviors, and adherence to treatment plans; accurately document observations.
• Support therapeutic groups and meals, modeling healthy coping and communication skills.
• Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and dietary teams to reinforce individualized care plans.
• Assist with milieu management and crisis de-escalation while upholding program rules.
• Maintain a clean, safe, recovery-focused environment in line with agency policies.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings for professional growth.
