Monte Nido Chicago in Winfield, IL is seeking a per diem Recovery Coach for the Winfield, Naperville, and Lombard programs. Evening shifts are required (2pm–10:30pm) with weekend availability, on-site at multiple locations.

Salary ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, with opportunities to impact clients’ recovery journeys. Qualifications include 2 years post-high school education and a preference for a Bachelor’s in Psychology; experience in mental health is highly desired and a valid driver’s

Monte Nido Chicago, located in Winfield, IL is a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Monte Nido's treatment approach focuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines, elimination of harmful behaviors, and development of motivation and treatment engagement. Our objective is to help each client achieve a clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder and its effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciation of what is necessary for their personal recovery.

We are seeking a per diem Recovery Coach to join the Monte Nido team at our Winfield, Naperville and Lombard programs.
