Job summary

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a compassionate Residential Counselor to support clients in our eating disorder treatment program. You’ll provide direct care, monitor safety, support meals, and help clients practice healthy coping skills within a structured therapeutic setting.

Working with a multidisciplinary clinical team, you’ll document observations, assist with milieu management, and uphold program guidelines.

Working closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team, you’ll document observations, assist with milieu management, and uphold program guidelines. • Provide direct residential support to clients with eating disorders in a structured therapeutic setting
• Monitor client safety, behaviors, and adherence to treatment plans; accurately document observations
• Support therapeutic groups and meals, modeling healthy coping and communication skills
• Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and dietary teams to reinforce individualized care plans
• Assist with milieu management, crisis de-escalation, and implementation of program rules
• Maintain a clean, safe, and recovery-focused environment consistent with agency policies
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings to support professional growth
