Job summary

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for clients with eating disorders in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. Qualifications

• Active RN license in practicing state
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred for crisis management
• Experience or training in behavioral health or eating disorder treatment preferred
• Ability to document accurately in EHR and communicate changes promptly

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care including assessments, vitals and medication administration.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists and dietitians to implement treatment plans.
• Monitor medical and psychiatric status and document in EHR with accuracy.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety monitoring and support for distress.
• Educate clients and families on treatment goals, recovery skills and health maintenance.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews and quality-improvement initiatives.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll complete assessments, administer medications, monitor medical and psychiatric status, and support clients through recovery in a safe, therapeutic environment. You’ll collaborate closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and dietitians, contribute to care planning, and maintain accurate documentation.
