Merakey is seeking a Residential Counselor in Delaware County CRRs. This full-time role rotates to cover open shifts, including 2nd, 3rd, and weekends. The position involves directing and assisting residents in Community Residential Rehab programs and supporting daily living activities.

The pay starts at $18.75 per hour with enhanced pay options. Benefits are offered to promote well-being and financial security.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• One year of mental health experience with adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with nutrition, housekeeping, budgeting, hygiene, self-care, home safety, social interaction, exercise, health management, and vocational.
• Transport residents to appointments and outings.
• Implement appropriate parts of each resident's goal plan as instructed by the treatment team or supervisor.
• Report the resident's progress to the appropriate clinician.
• Cover open shifts as needed.

Pay-Earn $18.75 an hour with the selection of enhanced pay.

Position Details

The Residential Counselor will provide direction and assistance to consumers residing in the Community Residential Rehab (CRR) programs.
