Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals at our Yardley location. You will work with individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings, providing essential support and companionship while following individualized plans.

No prior experience is required as paid training is provided. The role offers a stable full-time schedule, 2nd shift hours, and opportunities to help people reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
• Follow the Individual Support Plan to support growth and independence.
• Encourage, mentor, and coach individuals to achieve personal goals.

Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

Pay

$16.00-$18.00 per hour

Earn up to $18.00/hour by electing to participate in our Enhanced Pay Wage Option.

Position Details

No experience required - we provide PAID training.

Our ideal Direct Support Professional candidate will have a strong desire to create long‑term impacts on their consumer’s lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals. By following the Individual Support Plan, you can enjoy your days at the park and sensory gardens, while working on social and communication skills. Enhancing independence by assisting with daily hygiene and personal care. Foster a true sense of pride in your individual, by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.
