Formación

• Active LISW or LPCC licensure in Ohio.
• Experience in residential, correctional, forensic, or high-acuity behavioral health settings preferred.
• Proficiency with CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care and EHR documentation.
• Background check and drug screening required for corrections facility placement.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based modalities.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Manage caseload, track progress, and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with corrections staff and clinical team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with standards.
• Provide clinical supervision for eligible staff or interns as assigned.
