• Minimum one year experience in a residential setting with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.

Job Summary:

The Residential Coordinator is an entry level leadership position, responsible for providing assistance and support to clients to live meaningful lives in their communities. Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
• Be at least 18 or older
• Current NAR
• Current 75-hour certification (Long-Term Care Worker) or exemption letter.
• At least one year experience working in a residential setting with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities

Licensing and Certifications:

• Currentlyhave or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CNA/HCA/NAC or at least 5 years of experience
