RISE Services Inc. in Nampa, ID is seeking a Residential Coordinator to assist the Assistant Director and ensure quality and safety in Supported Living services.

You will provide direct services, train and supervise Direct Support Professionals, and help with on-call supported living communications. The role requires at least 1 year in a supported living setting, a high school diploma or GED, strong organization and communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• HS Diploma, GED or pass a competency test is required.
• 1 year experience in a supported living program.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including travel as needed.
• Commitment to high quality customer service.
• Demonstrated organization/time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to learn, ask questions, and apply new information.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred).
• Assistance with Medication Certification (preferred).
• 2 years supervising staff (preferred).
• Experience with electronic health record documentation (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Director to ensure quality and safety in Supported Living services.
• Provide direct services for participants and supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Train staff and assist with the emergency/on-call supported living phone.
• Maintain compliance with governing bodies and documentation.
• Coordinate appointments, paperwork and transportation as needed.
• Assist with weekly schedules and communication of concerns to supervisor.
• Support staff with participant behaviors to resolve safely.
• Complete home and property related duties as assigned.
