We’re hiring a Residential Coordinatorfor our Adult Independent Living program. In this role, you’ll supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals, coordinate day-to-day care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and ensure a high standard of living and support in a residential setting.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Team Support

  • Mentor and evaluate staff performance
  • Assist with hiring, scheduling, and timesheet approval
  • Foster a team culture that centers individuals’ needs

Program & Resident Support

  • Coordinate and monitor individual support plans (ISPs)
  • Promote inclusion through social and community engagement
  • Oversee finances, transportation, and housing-related needs
  • Maintain consistent communication with guardians, family, and case managers

Training & Development

  • Coordinate staff meetings and ensure DSPs receive both in-service and program specific training
  • Provide in-home coaching and modeling of care strategies
  • Identify additional training needs and provide follow-up support

Administrative & Compliance

  • Ensure documentation, reports, and compliance standards are met
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and agency committees

What You Bring:

  • Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Acquire and maintain CPR & First Aid Instructor Certification, instructing training classes as requested
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
