Job summary

Fullwiler Construction in Arlington, WA seeks a Construction Superintendent to own projects from ground break to completion. Lead subcontractors, manage schedules, documentation, and coordination for $1M–$8M townhomes, custom homes, and remodels along the Seattle–Arlington corridor.

The role is 50% field leadership and 50% project coordination/administration with a tight-knit team and quick decision-making. Candidates with residential construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Superintendent or PM/Superintendent hybrid.
• Strong experience with residential builds, townhomes, or small multifamily projects.
• Experience coordinating site work, dirt work, and underground utilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned job sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
• Ensure quality workmanship throughout all phases of construction.
• Coordinate inspections, permits, utilities, and city interactions.
• Manage punch lists and project closeout items.
• Perform light carpentry or jobsite adjustments when needed.
• Maintain construction schedules and track budgets.
• Prepare weekly updates for clients and leadership.
