Qualifications

• 2+ years of superintendent experience on commercial or multifamily construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and documents.
• Proven leadership to manage subcontractors and field personnel.
• Knowledge of scheduling, quality control, costs, and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from start to closeout.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule with milestones and deadlines.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and promote a strong safety culture on site.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress and address issues.
• Coordinate inspections with jurisdictions and ensure code compliance.
• Maintain project documentation including reports and logs.
• Collaborate with Project Manager on schedules, budgets, changes, and communications.
• Lead jobsite meetings and communicate with owners, architects, and stakeholders.
• Mentor field staff and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
