Duties

• Direct and oversee the entirety of the construction process for luxury coastal residential projects, ensuring a seamless transition from inception to completion.
• Interpret and implement blueprints, schematics, and intricate construction documents with a focus on high-end finishes and custom designs.
• Craft and manage detailed project timelines, prioritizing efficiency to guarantee the timely delivery of luxury residences.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among homeowners, architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive vision and execution.
• Streamline workflow and maintain open lines of communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and the construction team to uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Ensure strict adherence to local coastal building codes, environmental regulations, and safety protocols, preserving the integrity of luxury builds and the well-being of all involved.
• Lead and inspire on-site construction teams, promoting a culture of safety, excellence, and respect within a high-performance work environment.
• Monitor project milestones and financial health, making strategic adjustments to align with client expectations, budget constraints, and architectural specifications.
• Conduct rigorous quality control inspections, focusing on the luxury and detail-oriented aspects of coastal construction to meet and exceed client satisfaction.
• Oversee project finances, including the meticulous tracking of expenses and the judicious approval of expenditures, to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.

Experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction management, with a demonstrated focus on luxury and coastal residential projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of high-end construction techniques, materials, custom finishes, and the unique challenges presented by coastal environments.
• A proven track record of interpreting complex construction documents and delivering projects that meet the exacting standards of luxury clientele.
• Proficiency in Procore is required.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a history of successful team management and stakeholder engagement.
• Capability to juggle multiple high-stakes projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
