Job Description

We are seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. You will also perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule installations and services of our products
  • Order and track products for home improvement jobs
  • Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
  • Conduct administrative duties such as setting up appointments, preparing job packs, invoices, and other paperwork
  • Liaise with project stakeholders regarding project details and deliverables
  • Organize and store project reports and documents
  • Develop and implement an organized filing system
  • Answer and make phone calls
  • Track and log all data related to each job in our Salesforce CRM
  • Communicate with installers, service technicians, designers (Measure Techs), customers, and vendors
  • Handle customer questions, issues, and complaints professionally, with kindness and compassion
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager efficiently
  • Analyze data as required
