Raya Workforce LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent / Project Manager to oversee residential projects across the Boston area. The role requires hands-on leadership of ground-up multifamily builds, full-gut renovations, historic brownstone restorations, and mixed-use developments from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has a deep Boston footprint, can manage 2–3 active projects concurrently, coordinate subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and safety, and ensure

• Requires 15+ years of construction leadership experience.
• 10+ years in the Boston area on construction projects.
• Ability to independently manage residential projects end-to-end.
• Experience with multifamily construction and full-gut renovations.
• Historic brownstone and mixed-use project exposure preferred.
• Skilled in subcontractor management, scheduling, budgeting, and QA.
• Proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, Excel or Bluebeam.
• CSL license and OSHA 30 certification required; Lead-safe/RRP awareness.
• Lead-safe/RRP certification for applicable renovations.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent / Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects throughout the Boston area. The role involves managing ground-up multifamily construction, full-gut renovations, historic brownstone restorations, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will have strong Boston-area experience and the ability to independently manage multiple projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across 2-3 active residential construction projects.
• Oversee ground-up multifamily construction, renovations, and historic restoration projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, scheduling, and site logistics.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, quality, and safety.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, inspections, and project closeout.
• Resolve field issues and communicate progress directly to ownership.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA standards, and project specifications.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of construction leadership experience preferred.
• 10+ years of Boston-area construction experience.
• Proven experience managing residential construction projects independently.
• Strong background in multifamily construction and full-gut residential renovations.
• Historic brownstone and mixed-use project experience preferred.
• Knowledge of subcontractor management, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Proficiency in Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, Excel, or Bluebeam preferred.
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) and OSHA 30 certification expected.
• Lead-safe / RRP awareness or certification expected for applicable renovation work.
