gpac is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site teams for a leading production home builder. You will oversee multiple residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential construction with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of local codes, proficiency with BuilderTrend, and a proven ability to manage safety, budget, and schedules while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• BuilderTrend experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative and positive work culture.

Responsibilities
