The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential construction with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of local codes, and BuilderTrend experience. Excellent communication and safety leadership are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• BuilderTrend experience is required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
