We are seeking a Project Manager with 5-10 years of field/hands-on trade experience, specifically overseeing improvement projects for multi-family assets. Candidates must have an existing multi-family portfolio, with no ground-ups or single-family projects.

The role involves managing projects across multiple properties and states, focusing on CapEx, building, and site upgrades rather than units. Responsibilities include project oversight and direct engagement in construction processes. There is significant growth potential with many projects in the pipeline.

Ideal candidates will have strong financial and analytical skills, be well-organized with attention to detail, dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The position is onsite in Beverly Hills, CA, with a salary range of $100-120K, flexible depending on experience.

Additional Details

1. Travel Requirements: Expect to travel to CA, NV, AZ, FL, TX for 2-3 days every 2-3 weeks.
