Job summary

Woodland Builders in Hanover, MA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from planning through final completion. This role suits a leader who thrives in scheduling, client communication, and delivering high-quality projects.

You will manage multiple active projects, coordinate schedules and subcontractors, monitor budgets, and ensure on-site progress using Jobtread. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of residential construction experience.
• 2 years of construction estimating experience.
• PM or Superintendent experience preferred.
• Preference for CSL holders.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects at once.
• Experience working with subcontractors and schedules.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and field operations.
• Oversee quality control, timelines, and jobsite progress.
• Using the Jobtread project management software.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
• Communicate with homeowners throughout active projects.
• Review plans, scopes of work, selections, and change orders.
• Collaborate with estimating, design, and production teams.
• Solve jobsite issues proactively and keep projects moving.
• Lead meetings and ensure accountability across all parties.
