Job Description

Immediate opening for a residential Construction Project Manager in the Kansas City, MO area. Property Masters is a semi national residential construction company that is considered the premier construction provider in the SFR space. We are looking for construction/renovation project managers who are leaders, energetic and thrive in a fast paced but extremely rewarding company environment. Job Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment according to Client’s scope of work
• Conduct meetings with sub-contractors to determine timeline, permits needed and set expectations
• Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with all specifications and contract statements of work and bid invitations.
• Provide management and support to sub-contractors to keep the job moving and ensure timelines are being met.
• Walk open jobs on a weekly basis, provide updates to corporate office staff and clients
• Identify challenges, problems and client concerns and provide solutions.
  
  

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years construction management experience
• Thorough knowledge of general construction and estimating
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment running multiple jobs that are in different phases of construction at once.
• Knowledge of local and state building codes and permit requirements
• Ability to read, understand and organize construction plans and specifications
• Must be computer literate with basic to advanced knowledge in Microsoft office as well as the ability to learn new cloud base software.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail is crucial
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass drug test.
