Property Masters invites a Project Manager to oversee multiple construction and renovation projects in a fast-paced, field-driven role. You will coordinate subcontractors, resolve issues, and keep projects on track to meet client expectations.

This position emphasizes hands-on site leadership, rapid problem-solving, and close collaboration with a driven team. A clear path for growth and supportive mentorship is offered within a no-desk culture.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of construction management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general construction and estimating.

• Prepare material, labor, and equipment estimates for each client’s scope of work.

• Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with specs and contracts.

Role Summary

As a Project Manager at Property Masters, you will oversee multiple construction and renovation projects while ensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional client satisfaction. You’ll be the driving force on each job site—coordinating subcontractors, solving problems, and keeping projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment estimates based on each client’s scope of work.
• Lead subcontractor meetings to establish timelines, clarify expectations, and determine necessary permits.
• Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure projects progress smoothly and stay on schedule.
• Conduct weekly on-site visits for open projects; provide updates to corporate teams and clients.
• Identify challenges, client concerns, and potential roadblocks—and deliver effective, timely solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of construction management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of general construction and estimating.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various phases of construction.
• Understanding of local/state building codes and permitting requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $75,000-$85,000
• Lucrative quarterly bonus program
