Job summary

Property Masters Inc is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple construction and renovation projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate subcontractors, solve problems, and keep projects on track on-site and remotely.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of construction management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of general construction and estimating.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across various phases of construction.
  • Understanding of local/state building codes and permitting requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Role Summary
