Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of active residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Support the bid process, including entering sub bids and reviewing plans.
• Handle data entry for monthly draw requests and pay applications.
• Coordinate vendors and subs, from interior designers to trade partners.
• Track daily logs and change orders.
• Meet with superintendents in the office as projects move through each stage (site visits are typically weekly or less).
