National Design Mart in Medina, OH is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to manage builder accounts, coordinate projects, drive sales growth, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction from start to finish. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned builder and contractor accounts.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
• Strengthen relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Ensure customers receive an excellent experience from project kickoff through completion.
• Become proficient in company systems, including RFMS and related project management tools.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and installation practices.
