Job summary

Heyday Build in Altadena, CA, is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple custom home builds. You will ensure projects run on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality, coordinating field operations and client communication.

The ideal candidate has proven residential PM experience, strong leadership and bilingual English/Spanish skills, and can manage several sites simultaneously. Health benefits, PTO, holidays, and growth opportunities are offered.

• Represent Heyday Build in client-facing conversations when required
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing a high-performing construction team

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience
