Job summary

Southern Impression Homes seeks a Sales Assistant to support the sales team through marketing and business development activities in Dallas/Addison, TX. The role collaborates with CKF Construction standards to ensure customer goals are met and homes are delivered on schedule.

You will coordinate subcontractors, inspect sites, manage vendor relationships and maintain weekly client reports, all while upholding safety requirements and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years residential building experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or completion of another post-secondary program in related field, or equivalent.
• In-depth understanding of local and federal safety regulations (OSHA) and safety policies.
• Able to read blueprints and effectively communicate information to others - highly detailed and accurate
• Experience with project management software.
• Able to manage time and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of principles for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work in a non-smoking environment and beyond 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and inspect the activities of subcontractors and vendors.
• Stage punch list and walk with ownership or management team for final acceptance for each house.
• Walk sites daily to ensure specifications and deadlines are met by subcontractors.
• Schedule required inspections and interact with inspectors and ownership.
• On-site liaison with client and ensure homes are completed by scheduled closing date.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of status of each home and produce a weekly client report.
• Identify material needs and verify delivery of materials to construction sites.
• Communicate and manage expectations with ownership, including weekly OAC calls.
• Analyze problems and report to management and facilitate onsite resolution.
