Job summary

Cape Associates is seeking a Project Manager to estimate, plan, and deliver smaller residential and light commercial projects valued up to $200,000. You will be the primary client contact, managing budgets, schedules, crews, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.

Projects range from Plymouth to Provincetown and require strong communication, leadership, and coordination across teams to achieve client satisfaction and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in residential remodeling, repair or small construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction means and methods.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; customer-focused.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring quality, budget and schedule.
• Oversee crews and subcontractors to ensure safety and productivity on-site.
• Lead projects from estimating through closeout with proper documentation.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, change orders, permits and correspondence.
• Provide timely billing, cost reports, and progress updates to management.
