Job summary

Progress Street Builders is seeking a seasoned Residential Construction Project Manager to lead the construction phase of custom homes in Lynchburg, VA. You will oversee subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, budgets, site activities, and client communications to ensure projects meet plans and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of custom residential PM experience, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to travel daily to construction sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and explain construction blueprints, grading, and floor plans.
• Ability to self-perform material takeoffs as needed.
• Multi-disciplinary knowledge of residential construction materials and techniques.
• High level of service-minded professionalism with a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with independent trade partners to manage production schedule.
• Order construction materials and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain daily communication with contractors and suppliers.
• Verify, approve, and code invoices for completed work.
