Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing residential construction or renovation projects.
• Experience working with residential property owners, condominium associations, or management teams.
• PMP, CCM, or other project management certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and vendor management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential construction, renovation, rehabilitation, and capital improvement projects from planning through project closeout.
• Partner with building owners and internal stakeholders to define scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budget forecasts.
• Manage architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors through all phases of project execution.
• Ensure work is properly filed with regulatory agencies.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing challenges.
• Coordinate construction activities to minimize disruption to residents and daily operations.
• Provide timely project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support development and implementation of project mgmt processes and standards.
