Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in purchasing or procurement for construction projects.
• Residential construction experience preferred.
• Familiarity with pricing, bids, PO processes and vendor management.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing and procurement for residential construction projects.
• Request and organize vendor and subcontractor bids; compare pricing.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, pricing, scopes of work, and vendor data.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and deliveries.
• Assist with material takeoffs, estimates, budgets, and cost tracking.
• Track outstanding POs and resolve pricing/delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain purchasing records, bids, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with construction, estimating, design, and project teams.
• Support vendor onboarding and insurance/compliance documentation.
• Assist with change orders and purchasing adjustments through construction.
