Job summary

Simplicity by Hayden Homes is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to lead the construction of land homes in Central Oregon. You will oversee scheduling, safety, quality, budget, and customer communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in homebuilding or related experience and a background in coordinating multiple projects.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Prior residential construction/trade experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule project activities and oversee construction for assigned homes.
• Ensure construction safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain quality standards and take corrective action when needed.
• Manage budgets and negotiate with trade partners to keep projects on budget.
• Oversee customer communications and manage the build process education with clients.
