Job summary

Hayden Homes is seeking a Construction Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to oversee home construction within assigned communities in Boise, ID. You will drive schedule, safety, quality, and budget across multiple homes, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to Hayden Homes systems and standards.

Travel locally/regionally, daily vehicle use, and collaboration with customers and trade partners are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting building codes and construction documents (blueprints, layouts).
• Ability to motivate suppliers and trade partners to deliver quality work on tight timelines.
• Ability to coordinate requirements with customers, suppliers and internal teams and document changes.
• Ability to solve problems creatively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Schedule management: oversee construction activities and ensure projects follow Hayden Homes processes and standards.
• Ensure safety compliance and safe construction practices on all sites.
• Maintain quality by ensuring homes meet standards and taking corrective actions when needed.
• Manage budgets and negotiate with trade partners to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with customers and guide site visits.
