Simplicity by Hayden Homes is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager/Assistant PM to manage the build of on-your-land homes across an assigned region in Central Oregon. You will ensure safety and quality while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of homebuilding project management experience.
• Residential construction/trade experience preferred.
• Travel daily within local and regional areas; reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Schedule management across assigned homes following Hayden Homes systems and standards.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery within budget.
• Manage budget and negotiate with trade partners for best value.
• Oversee customer communication and educate on build process requirements.
