Innovative Staffing Solutions LLC seeks a Residential Construction Project Manager for our Willamette Valley practice. The role ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and to quality standards while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

You will oversee planning, risk management, safety, site inspections, and documentation, lead a team, and drive successful project delivery in Central Oregon region, with travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Experience as a Project Manager may substitute for a degree.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define goals, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage resources and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
