Qualifications

• 15+ years of operations leadership experience in residential construction/remodeling
• Proven ability to lead multi-project operations and coordinate teams
• Strong knowledge of margins, labor productivity, job costing and cost controls
• Ability to create SOPs, uphold standards, and improve throughput
• Clear communicator capable of resolving conflict and aligning teams
• Proficient with job-tracking software and tech tools (Excel, CRM, PM tools)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance across multiple active residential remodeling projects, maintaining consistency, quality, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain a reliable scheduling system, ensuring labor, materials, and subcontractor capacity align with the sales pipeline and project commitments.
• Manage project margins, labor productivity, material controls, and change order procedures; establish KPIs to monitor performance.
• Maintain quality control, improve homeowner experience, and uphold safety, communication, and job site cleanliness.
• Lead, coach, and develop project managers and operations staff; strengthen subcontractor relationships through clear expectations and reviews.
• Improve job tracking, documentation, communication, and overall operational efficiency as the company grows.
