Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of home construction to meet quality and schedule.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections for safety and compliance.
• Communicate with homebuyers, Sales, and Warranty teams for updates and expectations.
• Review blueprints, documents, and scopes to resolve issues with trade partners.
• Manage materials, scheduling, budgets, and variance reports.
• Lead by example, coaching partners and mentoring team members.
